HOW TO TRAIN WITH GHOST

1. GET IN TOUCH

Click the "Get Started" button below and fill out a form to get in touch with our team! We'll answer any questions you may have about training with us and get you scheduled for an evaluation.

2. EVALUATION

We have all of our athletes go through inital Trackman and movement assessments. This allows us to identify your key areas for improvement and write you a personalized plan.

3. DEVELOP

Once you're fully signed-up as a Ghost athlete, it's time to train. You will complete your custom program in an elite training environment surrounded by professional trainers.
