LONG-TERM YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

At Ghost Training NJ, we prioritize the long-term development of our youth athletes.

We offer foundational classes that build a good movement foundation and help with their overall skill development.

We believe in developing “athlete’s first”.

Our youth training is generally done in a group setting with multiple coaches.

The athletes are ran through a development program which helps them build a solid athletic base.

We offer a competitive and educational environment where athletes hone their skills and then move on to our  full training program.
